4 Cycles of stock operation

Before going into more stocks analysis, these are the 4 important cycles of a stock operation that we need to observe. 1) Accumulation: A stock would be in accumulation mode when the stocks showing some sign of buy-ups and in trading narrow range. 2) Markup: Once done with accumulation, the stocks will be Markup to a certain price so that the retailers will come in and buy the stocks. 3) Distribution: Once the Markup is done, distribution will happen where BBs will offload bit by bit to the market. 4) Mark-Down: The stocks will further mark-down if the distribution phase goes into shorting-mode.
